Besides, we own modern manufacturing plant, office building, technology building, living & entertaining facilities and first-class mechanical machining and inspection equipment. For now, we have the workforce of 160, among which there are 16 quality control engineers, 20 intermediate or senior engineers and more than 60 employees with a bachelor’s degree or above. Our R&D team has rich design experience and strong development ability so as to be able to offer customers professional and high-efficiency technical support as well as design and develop customized products.
At present, we own more than 100sets of various of machining equipments, including 10 high quality precision equipment like machining centers, 1 imported horizontal machining center, 4large imported CNC gantry machining center,30 sets of CNC lathes, 4sets of large imported vertical CNC machining center ,5sets of internal & external grinding machine.18sets of imported CNC LS-WEDM and some advanced professional equipments such as horizontal boring machine, miller, multi-function drilling and face grinding machine. In addition, we are capable of heat treatment and we own complete facilities such as high pressure gas quenching vacuum furnace, salt bath hardening furnace, vacuum heat treatment furnace and nitriding furnace, which can undergo various forms of heat treatment for various products, making the parts to have high properties and meet various requirements of the working environment.
We perform improved and strict quality management system for its products, and have passed the AS9100 quality management system, IRIS (International Railway Industry Standard) and ISO9001:2008 quality management system. Furthermore, we own all kinds of professional inspection equipments for precision parts, for example, CMM, magnetic defect detector metallographic microscope, rough detector, MT, ultrasonic fault detector, tensile detector and low temperature impact tester.
We own independent import &export rights and our products are mainly exported to Germany, Italy, USA, Canada, Russia, Thailand, Pakistan, etc.
